1、退出OIA軟件并關(guān)閉激發(fā)臺光源開關(guān)(紅色按鈕)
1, exit the OIA software and turn off the ignition light switch (red button)
2、取下燃燒室兩側(cè)的螺絲，向上移開燃燒室。
2, remove the screws on both sides of the combustion chamber, the combustion chamber.
3、用專用毛刷(或者脫脂棉)清掃鎢電極周圍和燃燒室里面的黑色廢渣(嚴(yán)禁使用酒精等液體)。

4、清理完畢裝上燃燒室，打開光譜儀軟件和激發(fā)光源(紅)后，氬氣吹掃十幾分鐘。

注意：不要將大塊物體落入排氣孔內(nèi)，以免堵塞排氣管道。
